- Database administrator - A person that stores various amounts of information, on a day to day basis.
- Programmer - Someone who writes computer programs for a company.
- Website design - A layout for a website.

- Software developer - this is a person or organization that deals with the faucets of the software development process.

The Bribery Act tackles offenses in the public and private sector. Anything related to bribing and being bribe makes an offense to the organization that can lead to punishment of an unlimited fine.
They will not bribe or accept any bribe for any purposes, it is important for them that all their employees, contractors and agents are aware of what action the expects of them.

The NHS currently has no financial issue for it is a tax funded company, but if taxes drop the NHS will be in jeopardy. This means we will have to pay for services.
Funding and risks:
The NHS is a tax funded company this means that if the government doesn't claim enough taxes certain NHS services that we get for free we will have to pay for eventually regardless of any discounts we currently receive.

NGO: Oxfam
“Oxfam
is a registered charity (registration number 202918) and is constituted as a
company registered in England and limited by guarantee (registration number
612172).” Based on Oxfam’s organizational ‘Structure,
Governance and Management’ on their Annual Report. It operates internationally
and Oxfam wants to stop and help people living in poverty.
Mission Statement: - “To help create
lasting solutions to injustice of poverty. We are part of global movement, for
change, one that empowers people to create future that is secure, just, and
free from poverty.”
- Rules and Regulations:-
- Data Protect Act 1998 – This proves that the customers and staffs personal details are secure and will not be sold or shown to anyone else.
- Privacy policy – This secures the information and also that that it is not published our used by anyone else.
- Reserve’s Policy – This ensures that the organization is protected from disruption and also a short notice of lacking funds, also that the organization does not keep money or information longer than required.
- Ethical and Environmental Policy – this is where Oxfam started to complete their mission by fighting poverty and to help those in need of food and medication to make a better standard of life for them this policy they follow helps to keep the organization up and running to make it successful.
- Financial issues:-
- People donate are able to donate though fundraising events, online or in store to contribute to help with their missions to help people in countries. This also includes buying products in store and calling. They use payment security on line to prevent the customers becoming a victim of fraud or identity theft because online, in store or over the phone they use debit/credit cards to transfer money to the organization.
- Funding and risks:-
The organization uses funding from events, contributions form donators, income from stores, and also funds from the government. Also the website contains an online shop where customers and purchase item for delivery to their house or donate money to the organization. But they have to sign up and sign in before they are able to use this function on the website.
- Organizational structures:-
The type of organization structure Oxfam uses is a Hierarchical Organisation Structure. This means the board of management is on top which makes all the decisions for the company including cuts and expansion for the company. Below contains the Chief Executive and the rest of the organization which contributes to the organization.

The website contains a plain white background but has a green boarder, the main purpose of the website is to inform staff, donators and customers how their money and donations are helping to contributing to help other people in need and may eventually stop poverty in 3rd world countries. The website also contains how the money will help people but how to donate money to help people in need, by being a voice for them.
